Returns
Due to the nature of research peptides, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, subject to our approval. Please contact our team before returning any product.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and are not automatically guaranteed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our team within 7 days of receipt.
